Sürdürülebilir bitkisel bazlı beslenme sistemine katkı sağlayan tüm paydaşları çatısı altında toplayarak bitki bazlı gıdalara yönelik dönüşüme öncülük etmek ve farkındalık yaratmak, ilgili politikalara yön vermek, çatısı altındaki paydaşları bitkisel bazlı gıdalara yönelik bilimsel araştırmalar ve inovasyon yapmaları için teşvik etmektir. 

The association will achieve its mission through the following ways: 

• Facilitating and promoting a policy environment that fosters innovation in sustainable plant-based food solutions, regulatory preparation, and scientific research; 

• Advocating for regulations and policies that promote the transition to plant-based foods at the national and international levels; 
• Informing thought leaders and the public about the benefits and opportunities of the plant-based food category in transitioning to sustainable food systems; 
• Monitoring developments in the field of research and innovation in plant-based foods, as well as national and international opportunities, and, if necessary, becoming a part of them.
