6. Rights of the Personal Data Owner in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data:

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, our Association informs you of your rights as a Personal Data Owner; provides guidance on how to exercise such rights and carries out the necessary internal functioning, administrative and technical arrangements for all these. Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, our Association informs the persons whose Personal Data is received; to learn whether Personal Data has been processed, to request information if Personal Data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing Personal Data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to request information if Personal Data has been processed domestically and abroad, to request correction of Personal Data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, to request correction of Personal Data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
