I have read and understood the Clarification Text submitted to me by Bitkiden - Plant-Based Foods Association ("Association") under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

In the Clarification Text, I have been informed that my following data may be processed:

  • Identity Information (Name-Surname)
  • Contact Information (E-Mail Address, Cell Phone Number)
  • Information on the Legal Process (Information in the Case File in Case of Dispute, Notices, Information in Correspondence with Judicial and Administrative Authorities)
  • Visitor Information on Transactions (Visitor Comments)
  • Information on the Website (IP Address Information, Website Login Exit Information, User Name Information, Password Information, Traffic Data (Connection Time / Duration, etc.)

This is my data:

  • Fulfillment of the necessary works by the business units of the Association in order to benefit the Personal Data Owners from the activities offered;
  • Carrying out operations with the Association's Business Partners and/or suppliers;
  • Ensuring that visitors benefit from general or personalized announcements regarding the activities offered through the records created by the Association; forwarding announcements about the activities offered to visitors/users by mail, e-mail, SMS and telephone; recommending and delivering the activities offered to Personal Data Owners by customizing them according to the likes, usage habits and needs of Personal Data Owners; taking into account the continuity and continuity of the visitors to benefit from the activities of the Association, carrying out the necessary work to recommend and deliver catalogs and announcements to the visitor; meeting complaints or review requests regarding the activities offered and informing the visitors in this regard;
  • Fulfillment of obligations and taking necessary measures within the framework of occupational health and safety in order to carry out the human resources policies of the Association;
  • Ensuring the legal and commercial security of the Association and the persons who have a business relationship with the Association
  • Conducting and managing administrative and legal procedures for communication carried out by the Association, activities to ensure the physical security and control of the locations of the Association, and financial affairs processes; and
  • In order to determine and implement the activities and strategies of the Association. In line with the purpose of determining and implementing the strategies of the Association, the Association carries out and manages internal system and application management operations, communication, market research and social responsibility activities and financial operations and project / production / investment quality processes; planning and / or execution of public relations management processes, including the planning and / or execution of visitor / user satisfaction activities; In this direction, reaching visitors / users by mail, e-mail, SMS and telephone; contacting Personal Data Owners who submit their requests and complaints to the Association and ensuring the follow-up and management of requests and complaints; creating and tracking visitor records, conducting advertising / campaign / announcement processes and communication activities and ensuring the sending of electronic messages (telephone, SMS, MMS, e-mail (printed) or other forms) in this context

for the purposes for which they were committed.

I agree to the processing of my personal data by the Association for these purposes.

For the above-mentioned purposes, the Association may, based on my explicit consent in cases that are not based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. I hereby accept that the Association may share my personal data (with or without special qualifications) with and/or make it accessible to companies that cooperate with and/or receive services from, and consultancy firms that provide support in sales, marketing, customer relations, law, accounting and similar areas, and third parties that provide support in sales, marketing and software related to the activities of the Association (SMS and e-mail sending, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), advertising and public relations and cloud computing, backup, software support companies and similar), domestically or abroad, based on my explicit consent in cases that are not based on the legal reasons specified in Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. I declare that the Association has informed me about my rights regarding the processing of my personal data and that I have read and understood my rights.
