• Ensuring that the necessary work is carried out by the Association’s departments to enable Data Subjects to benefit from the activities offered;
• Conducting operations with the Association’s Business Partners and/or suppliers;
• Ensuring that visitors benefit from general or personalized announcements regarding the activities offered through the records created by the Association; communicating announcements related to the activities offered to visitors/users by mail, e-mail, SMS, and telephone; customizing the activities offered according to the preferences, usage habits, and needs; carrying out the necessary work to recommend and deliver catalogs and announcements to visitors in order to ensure the continuity and sustainability of visitors’ benefit from the Association’s activities; responding to complaints or requests for review regarding the activities offered and providing visitors with information on this matter;
• To fulfill obligations and take necessary measures within the framework of occupational health and safety for the implementation of the association’s human resources policies;
• To ensure the legal and commercial security of the association and persons in a business relationship with the association.
• Administrative and legal procedures related to communication carried out by the Association, activities aimed at ensuring the physical security and control of the Association’s locations, and the execution and management of financial processes; and The execution and management of the Association’s internal system and application management operations, communication, market research, and social responsibility activities, as well as financial operations and project/manufacturing/investment quality processes, for the purpose of determining and implementing the Association’s activities and strategies; the planning and/or execution of public relations management processes, including the planning and/or execution of visitor/user satisfaction activities; In this regard, contacting visitors/users via mail, email, SMS, and telephone;
• Communicating with Data Subjects who submit requests and complaints to the Association and ensuring the follow-up and management of requests and complaints; creating and tracking visitor records, carrying out advertising/campaign/announcement processes and communication activities, and ensuring the sending of electronic communications (by telephone, SMS, MMS, e-mail (printed) or other means) within this scope.

The purposes for which my personal data will be processed have been communicated to me.

I consent to the Association processing my personal data for these purposes.

For the purposes stated above, I consent to the Association processing my personal data (both special category and non-special category), within or outside the country; with companies with which it cooperates and/or from which it receives services, with consulting firms providing support in sales, marketing, customer relations, legal, accounting, and similar areas, and with third parties providing support in sales, marketing, and software matters related to the Association’s activities (SMS and email delivery, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), advertising and public relations, and cloud computing, backup, software support, and similar services) and/or make them accessible to these persons. I declare that the Association has informed me of my rights regarding the processing of my personal data and that I have read and understood my rights.
