We gathered with members of the press and influencers, hosted by our Board Chair Ebru Akdağ and featuring EAPF (European Association for Plant-Based Foods) Secretary General Siska Pottie as our guest, to share BİTKİDEN Association’s roadmap, the transition process to plant-based foods, developments in Turkey and around the world, and future trends.

Following the meeting, moderated by Ece Vahapoğlu, we prepared delicious recipes based on plant-based foods with the help of Chef Yasin Taze, led by Nutrition and Healthy Living Expert Elvan Odabaşı, together with the participants.

This event, where participants had a great time, went beyond discovering the delicious world of plant-based foods, opening new horizons in nutrition and healthy living and leaving an unforgettable impact.
